Marinated and grilled chicken breast served over fresh sliced pineapple then topped with BBQ sauce, thick-cut maple cured bacon and Wisconsin Pepper Jack.

BUFFALO BILLY
Crispy deep fried chicken breast sauced with our Buffalo sauce over Wisconsin Pepper Jack and topped with Wisconsin Gorgonzola crumble, sliced pepper rings. Italian Loaf.

THE CAHOUN
Cajun-spiced and blackened chicken breast topped with Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar. Served over our Cajun mayo, fresh Butter lettuce and sliced tomato. Served up on a tasty buttered and grilled sourdough bun.

YOU’RE KILLING QUINOA!
No killing innocent animals with this one. A straight up veggie burger home run! Quinoa, panko, zucchini, and squash mixed to make a unique “bun” feature then packed full of roasted red pepper, avocado, and arugula guts, errrr fillings. NOT GF so no freaking out please.

HERE’S EGG ON YOUR FACE
Two fried eggs each placed delicately over a buttered and toasted english muffin half. 1 side with Wisconsin American cheese, a touch of mayo, and sausage, the other with Wisconsin Swiss, bacon and caramelized yellow onion. Now mash those two bad boys together and get eatin’!
